The ProActive Customer Support 2014 is Microsoft Windows based desktop application. It has very easy features included will make the job of supporting customers of all types easy and efficient. The web application will let you easily add, update and export information about your customers and their needs. You customers will be able to create their own requests and submit them and follow progress on the issues.
Once the major part of the customer service becomes self-service based, phone calls will be reduced. It will be easy to create reports for supervisors that document your efforts. Graphical and text style reports are included. It will be possible to copy and modify the provided reports or create your own. An integrated report designer is provided. The reports could be exported to a variety of formats. You would be able to change field labels, positions, etc. Quite flexible sort, search are available that will let you manage tasks quite easily. This is a good tool.
